Home inspection fee includes Roof inspection, (mount/walk the roof whenever possible).

$450.00 Fee   Single family residences up to 3,500 sq. ft.

                  SFR’s over 3,500 sq. ft. is $450 plus .10 for each additional sq. ft.                                                                   (4,000 sq. ft. home would be $500.00)

SFR’s more than 50 years old and or distressed properties are more time intensive to inspect and to compile the report. An additional fee may be incurred depending on the age and condition of the property.
